ABOUT
Gisela Andersson is an award-winning Creative Director from Sweden. She was born in a small village up north but left for the city and has since lived in Stockholm, London, and Palma de Mallorca. She studied Advertising and Art Direction at the prestigious Berghs School of Communication. After graduating, she joined international advertising network BBDO in Stockholm, where she served as an Art Director. Within one year, she joined the management team and later assumed the role of Creative Director. Gisela has, throughout her career, won several international and national awards for her work. And her ability to combine strong creative thinking with deep strategic understanding has made her a valuable asset for her teams and clients.
When the agency later left BBDO to go independent, she played an active role in the start-up of the new agency, +1, a communication agency dedicated to making the world prosper through sustainability and creativity. She stayed on as Creative Director for 4 years until she decided to go fully independent. Today, Gisela consults her own clients or freelances for different projects or agencies.
